Shiri Appleby Filmography Short facts
Shiri Appleby was born in Los Angeles, California on December 7, 1978. The daughter of Jerry & Dina Appleby, Shiri has been acting since the age of 4, landing jobs in several commercials for Cheerios, M&Ms and Taco Bell. Her first television job was on the soap "Santa Barbara" (1984). Next came various roles on "thirtysomething" (1987), "The Bronx Zoo" (1987) and "Doogie Howser, M.D." (1989). She made her film-debut in the low budget sequel, Curse II: The Bite (1988). I Love You to Death (1990) came next and Shiri finally started to get secure work as an actress. For the next four years, she worked steadily in television movies and made various television appearances. When she entered high school, she took a small break and took part in Yearbook, Student Council and was a cheerleader. In 1997, she graduated from Calabasas High School, where she was voted "Most Spirited" by her class. Roles on "7th Heaven" (1996) and "City Guys" (1997) followed and then Shiri enrolled into the University of Southern California where she planned on taking a break from acting and studying English. However, her plans gave way when she landed the role as Liz Parker on the WB Hit "Roswell" (1999). It was then that she gave her education a break and decided to try acting full-time. With the success of "Roswell" (1999), Shiri rose to fan-magazine fame and was seen everywhere through the show's success. With small roles in past films such as The Thirteenth Floor (1999) and The Other Sister (1999) in 2002, after "Roswell" (1999) ended, Shiri landed the lead role as Amy Miller, the trusting girlfriend of Jesse Bradford, in the suspenseful teen-film Swimfan (2002).

Majandra Delfino rose to fame in her role as Maria DeLuca on "Roswell" (1999). Born in Caracas, Venezuela on February 20, 1981, Majandra moved to the states at the age of 3. Residing in Florida, she excelled in academics, but her interests pointed towards the arts. At the age of 10 she danced in "The Nutcracker" with the Miami Ballet. Besides dance, Majandra also took part in school plays and the community theatre. At the age of 11, her best friend Samantha Gibb, daughter of the Bee Gees' Maurice Gibb, joined an all-girls singing quartet named 'China Doll'. The group specialized in soul-styled pop. After opening for the Bee Gees at a benefit concert at Miami Beach, the girls enjoyed small success. A fews years later both Majandra and Samantha left the group. After singing, Majandra decided to give her acting dreams a shot. Her parents, at first dismayed over their daughters aspirations, gave her a 6-month deadline to test her skills. If all else failed, she would concentrate fully on school. Within months she had secured herself with an agent, and was already landing jobs. She landed her first television series the following summer, playing Tony Danza's daughter on "The Tony Danza Show" (1997). It wasn't until 1999, with the success of "Roswell" that Majandra rose to fan-magazine fame. Her role as the sarcastic Maria DeLuca has sparked many fans all around. Not forgetting her singing talent, you'll see her singing on the show every so often. Next up, it's the big screen, starring with Michael Douglas in the feature film Traffic (2000).
Brendan Fehr Filmographie Short facts
Born in New Westminster, B.C., Brendan spent his early years playing sports and wanting to be an accountant when he grew up due to his love of numbers. In 1990, he moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba and, as he continued with his schooling, his career plans changed from numbers to teaching with very little thought to entering the world of film and television. In his late teens, others took notice of his strong good looks, and he worked in Winnipeg doing some minor modeling for local catalogue companies. On a trip to Vancouver in the fall of 1997 to visit his family, he decided to check out the local modeling scene. He approached a management company in the hopes of landing some modeling work but they immediately noticed that he had much more potential for film and television. Within a week, he had landed a Guest Star role on "Breaker High" for UPN and the rest, as they say, is history.
After relocating to Vancouver, Brendan became a very active and sought after young actor. In addition to "Breaker High", his credits for television include two different Co-Star's on "Millennium" for FOX; a Co-Star on the syndicated series "Night Man"; a Co-Star in the USA Network MOW "Every Mother's Worst Fear"; a Lead in the FOX Family Channel MOW, "Perfect Little Angels"; a Guest Star on "The New Addams Family" also for FOX Family Channel and a lead in the ABC MOW "Our Guys" opposite Eric Stoltz and Ally Sheedy. Brendan wrapped his third season and final season in the lead role of “Michael” in the primetime WB/UPN Network dramatic series "Roswell".
Brendan's feature film credits include "Disturbing Behavior" for MGM, the Lead role of Eddy in the independent feature "Christina's House", a Co-Lead role in "Final Destination" opposite Devon Sawa for New Line Cinema, the Co-Lead in the independent feature "Kill Me Later", with Selma Blair and Max Beesley and a Lead in the Sony/Screen Gems feature "The Forsaken" opposite Kerr Smith. He also stars in the period drama "Edge of Madness" from Lions Gate Films. In 2003 Brendan completed the features "Nemesis Game" for Lions Gate Films, Co-Starring with Carly Pope, and "Biker Boyz" for DreamWorks SKG, Co-Starring with Laurence Fishburne and Kid Rock.
He played a leading part in the indepentend movie "Sugar", in 2004. Brendan Fehr stars as Butch, the experienced and street-smart hustler who befriends and ultimately changes Cliff’s (Andre Noble) life. This movie recieved the award for the 'Best Canadian Feature Length Narrative or Documentary' at "2004 Inside Out Film Festival". In the press his acting was praised by Gordon Bowness, Xtra, "Brendan Fehr (of Roswell fame) gives a smouldering performance as the troubled hustler-boyfriend — all the acting is wonderful."
Opposite Chris Klein he played Eddy in "The Long Weekend", a movie about two brothers and their long weekend. He recently completed shooting "Comeback Season" in which he plays Paul. In the new season of CSI: Miami, Brendan will appear as the new A/V Tech. Dan Cooper.
Brendan has also appeared in various national commercial campaigns for companies such as "Shell Canada", "Champs Sports" and a major tie-in campaign with Levi's and "Roswell". In addition, he also stars in the North American version of the U2 video "Stuck In the Moment..." and in the Vanessa Carlton video "Pretty Baby".

Katherine Marie Heigl was born in Washington, DC, on November 24, 1978, to Nancy and Paul Heigl. Katherine, or "Katie" as she is nicknamed, has two elder siblings, John and Meg. Tragically, her older brother Jason died in 1986 of brain injuries suffered in a car accident, after being thrown from the back of a pickup truck. When doctors determined he was brain-dead, the family made the difficult decision to donate his organs. Not only did this painful chapter give Katherine a greater perspective and appreciation for life, but it motivated her to use her celebrity to promote the importance of organ donation. Within a few weeks Katherine had been signed to Wilhelmina, a renowned international modeling agency. Following a number of commercials and modeling assignments for Sears and Lord & Taylor, she made her big-screen debut in That Night (1992), which starred Juliette Lewis and C. Thomas Howell. It was then that she realized that acting rather than modeling was her passion. Though she had never planned to embark on a career in television, the role of Isabel, a teenager with a secret life, was an offer she found impossible to refuse. In the series, Isabel, her brother Max (Jason Behr) and their friend Michael (Brendan Fehr) are aliens passing as humans in Roswell, New Mexico, as they desperately try to hide the truth from government agencies, the people of Roswell, and even their own adopted families. To publicize her role on "Roswell". During the three years "Roswell" was in production, Katherine found time to work on several movies. 100 Girls (2000), an independent film released in 2001, is the story of a college freshman who meets the girl of his dreams in an elevator during a blackout, who spends the rest of the movie trying to find her again. Her cameo role is that of Arlene, the competitive tomboy. The second film, Valentine (2001), a horror film starring David Boreanaz and Denise Richards, appeared in U.S. theaters on February 2, 2001. In this movie, which is based upon the 1996 novel by Tom Savage, Katherine plays Shelley, a medical student who meets a sudden demise. Since the cancellation of "Roswell" in the spring of 2002, Katherine has been busy with various projects, including an appearance on UPN's update of the classic television series, "The Twilight Zone" (2002). That episode, entitled "Cradle of Darkness", aired October 2, 2002, and featured Katherine in the role of a woman who goes back in time to stop one of the most notorious murders in history. In addition, she completed a movie, Descendant (2003), a psychological thriller inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's "The Fall of the House of Usher." Katherine has also starred as Romy in ABC/Touchstone's two- hour telepic Romy and Michele: In the Beginning (2005) (TV), a prequel to the 1997 feature Romy and Michele's High School Reunion (1997). During the summer of 2002, Katherine made a major decision in the direction of her career when she signed on for representation in all areas with the William Morris Agency, one of the biggest and most prestigious agencies in the entertainment industry. She is now being represented by Norman Aladjem at Paradigm Agency and being managed by Nancy Heigl and Stephanie Simon and Jason Newman at Untitled Entertainment. Colin Hanks, son of the famous Tom Hanks, was born on November 24, 1977. He is the oldest son of the Oscar-Winner. He spent his youth in Sacramento, and, after deciding to follow in his father's dramatic footsteps, began studying acting. He made an appearance on the HBO series "Band of Brothers", and played the part of Felix in "Get Over It" in 2001.
In 2002, Hanks was featured in Melissa Gilbert's "Under the Mimosa" starring Shelley Duvall. That same year, he starred in "Orange County" with Jack Black in a crazy comedy involving misplaced college applications and a wide range of hilarious characters. In "11:14", a movie directed by Greg Marcks, Colin was cast as one of the leading characters besides Hilary Swank and Rachael Leigh Cook. The story follows the chain of events of five different characters and five different storylines that all converge to tell the story of murder and deceit. The world premiere of "11:14" took place on August 20, 2003 and was the closing film of Germany's Fantasy Film Fest.
After that, in 2004, he was cast as Quentin in "Standing Still". In the same year he worked for the first time as a co-producer for the movie "Rx". Besides this new challenge he played the character Jonny in it and he made a guest appearance in the new popular teen series "The O.C.". In the Episode 22 of the fist season he played Grady Bridges which was shoot in March 2004. In Peter Jackson's remake "King Kong" Colin played again besides Jack Black. This movie comes out in December 2005.
In 2005 Colin will appear as a Drunk Frat Dude in the comedy movie "Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny". He is currently a part of the "Alone With Her" cast. It has a story with a psychological story of voyeurism and is produced by Tom and Bob Engelman.
Emilie de Ravin filmography Short facts
A native of Australia, born December 27, 1981 (Capricorn), spirited and charismatic young actress Emilie de Ravin joins the cast of "Roswell" after appearing in the last several episodes of first season as Tess Harding, the new girl in school who turns out to be the mysterious fourth alien who makes the special group complete. She has studied ballet since the age of 9 and at the age of 15, Emilie was accepted into the prestigious and highly selective Australian Ballet School. Emilie studied acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Australia, and with the Prime Time Actors Studio in Los Angeles.
Soon after, in 2002, she starred in the television remake of Stephen King’s classic horror film, "Carrie" - Emilie played Chris Hargensen. In the last years she had severals guest apperances in tv shows and she played the lead in the indie movie "Brick", which premiered in January 2005 at the Sundance Festival. After that Emilie played the lead role in the feature film, "Santa’s Slay", produced by Brett Ratner. Emilie is a regular cast member in the new J.J. Abrams 'ABC Series' called "Lost". Emilie plays a Claire, a young pregnant woman. In the break after the first season, Emilie took the time to be a part of the remake "The Hills Have Eyes".
